Great little one bedroom, one bathroom suite on Craigflower road that provides off street parking spot and reasonably priced accommodation for up to 2 people. Close to the Gorge Vale Golf Club and many other amenities within walking distance. Just a quick drive down Tillicm Road, and you're at the Tillicum Mall. Straight up Craigflower and across the Bay Street bridge and you're close to downtown Victoria. So many options in every direction!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Properties in the Victoria area must be rented for a minimun of 91 nights to be considered legal.

We are semi-retired Canadians who have a beautiful house in Victoria BC, Canada with an attached suite. We decided to put it on the vacation rental market once, while we were away travelling.
