This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom upper suite in a huge high-end house on Viewmont Ave is perfect for larger groups. It's just minutes from downtown Victoria, and there are local shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. It's less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria on the main highway.

The space features a comfortable private living room with 6 lounge seats, a ceiling fan, Roku TV, gas-powered fireplace, coffee table, as well as a computer desk & chair! There's a breakfast table with 3 seats in the kitchen, as well as a separate high-quality wooden dining table with 6 seats. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Please contact us with any questions.

There's also a private covered deck / patio with BBQ & seating. There's also a beautiful backyard, and a laundry room - both are shared with the downstairs tenants.

All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!

NOTE: The house also has another four-bedroom suite on the lower level that is available for rental on a separate agreement. The two units can be combined if you want to rent an entire 8-bedroom mansion.

- Elk / Beaver Lake Regional Park is less than a 10 minute drive away with trails, beaches, and swimming. 
- Mt Douglas Golf Course is less than a 10 minute drive away.
- Mt Douglas Beach and Cordova Bay Beach are both less than a 10 minute drive away.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
